Blue River Hicksite Church Cemetery
The Blue River Hicksite Church Cemetery contains 669 memorials.
Chalkey Albertson, Sr. was the first person buried in this cemetery. Burial date was February 25th 1817.
The cemetery is located next to the meeting house at 1232 North Quaker Road. It is 1.7 miles east of Salem and 0.2 miles north of State Road 56 in the country surrounded by farm fields.

Blue River Friends Orthodox Church Cemetery
The Blue River Friends Orthodox Cemetery contains 527 memorials.
The first burials were in the 1830s. Since the Underground Railroad went through the Quaker community, when some of the runaway slaves died, they were buried in this cemetery.
